Background:
Social welfare activities of Silsila Naqshbandia Owaisiah dates back to 1960’s. Al-Falah Foundation was formally founded in 1984 by the late Shaikh e Silsila Naqshbandia Owaisiah Ameer Mohammad Akram Awan (RTA), and registered in 1991. It carried out countless medical camps, supplied house hold items, clothing, clean drinking water, Cash wherever needed and other social welfare activities in Natural Disasters and far-flung areas. Later it was re-vitalized and re-structured into different Service Wings on 23rd Aug’2015 by the Shaikh e Silsila of mystic order Naqshbandia Owaisiah Ameer Abdul Qadeer Awan (MZA), the son and the successor of late Ameer Mohammad Akram Awan (RTA).
Aims and Objectives: To provide swift, vigilant and durable social welfare services at the doorsteps of needy without compromising their self-respect by an NPO that mobilizes companions of Naqshbandia Owaisiah order and volunteers from the community for social services in Pakistan in a self-reliance way.

Services: Free Medicines, Lab Tests, Ultrasound, Vision Glasses, Water Testing, Clean Drinking Water Supply, Blankets, Clothing, Dry Food, Raashan, Cash, Food for their Animals.
Future Target:
At present AFF reached a stage where it is conducting an average of 14 medical camps per month only in Punjab and occasionally in other provinces including AJK and GB as and when required basis. These services will be extended on regular basis to KPK, Sindh and Baluchistan as soon as possible.
